 Father’s Day we left the ville and drove again to Bay Area Airstream Adventures in Fairfield to spend the night. It’s not fun staying in the driveway – little sleep with the wind and cars coming and going on the road out front, but glad to be there first thing to have solar installed. We are embarking on a 14 day road trip and thought after reading AirForums and numerous blogs it would prove to be a good investment.The install went well and by 3:30 we were off to Brannan Island State Park. Brannan Island is a fun little park and we had the pick of sites along this delta region. It’s a weekend used campground, limited sites with a river view, a beach, boat launch, a bike trail and very dry vegetation. We found a site with a small view, set up and walked around the campground, finding a bike path to try out in the morning.
